Natural incense powder made from sandalwood and nag champa essential oil.
Sandalwood is slow-growing wood and it is one of the most expensive woods in the world. It is indigenous to Southeast Asia, also cultivated in Hawaii and Australia. Historically, it was used for conditions such as cancer, wounds, digestive tract problems, fluid retention, and many others.Ayurvedic medicine classifies Sandalwood as cooling, aphrodisiac, and anti-inflammatory.
Sandalwood has been used in India as a holy incense since the beginning of time. Sandalwood was never attacked by termites, which may have led to its reputation as a protective wood. The scent is believed to be one of the most pleasing to the gods.
Nag Champa is believed to carry energies of grounding and upliftment at the same time. Its fragrance, a blend of sandalwood, frangipani (plumeria), and other herbs, is said to calm the mind, ease anxiety, and open pathways to higher consciousness. Many practitioners use it to cleanse the aura, dispel negativity, and invite peace into their surroundings. The scent is thought to harmonize spiritual vibrations, making it a powerful aid in meditation, prayer, and mindfulness practices. It is often described as balancing—anchoring the spirit while simultaneously elevating awareness, which makes it especially useful for those seeking clarity or deeper connection with the divine.
