1 smudge bundle.

Sagrada Madre Maha Sahumitos are a 100% unique natural product, handmade in Argentina. They are artisinally made from herbs, flowers and resin, held together with a plant-based binder.

The bundle itself consists of cedar, laurel and eucalyptus whereas the outer layer is made from Palo Santo, manifesting spiritual cleansing.

Sagrada Madre means ‘Holy Mother’, Pancha Mama, and this name reflects how they treat the Earth’s resources.Besides coal, as a combustion agent, they use a scentless fruit-based biomass. Each year over 100 tons of fruit biomass is discarded from industrial processing such as juice making. Rather than letting these materials go to waste, Sagrada Madre effectively reuses them in their incense. All Sagrada Madre incense variations are carefully packed in attractive natural packing material to create as little impact on the environment as possible.

Smudge Sticks or Smudge Bundles are all-natural ceremonial incense, traditionally burned in Native American rituals such as sweat lodges.
Smudge Bundles are one of the means by which people around the globe are reconnecting with the power of Mother Nature. The use of plant and resin smoke possibly evolved out of the primordial campfires from distant caves. The ceremony of cleansing people, places and objects through smoke is continued today. Not only good for keeping pesky flying insects away certain plant smokes (smudges) could preserve food and hides. Some smudges could also impart protection from unseen spirits and thoughts. To apply the protective cleansing power of a smudge, a leaf or resin was heated to make smoke that was brushed over the person or object often with a feather fan.

Never leave a burning smudge bundle unattended.
After the end of the session or ceremony, you can extinguish the bundle again in a bowl of sand (check carefully that it has actually gone out) and keep the bundle for another use.
