-Services: A short call after which you receive the service. All services are offline, distance healings.
-Sessions: A call in which we guide you through the process of healing. All Sessions are online, distance healings.
-Attunements: A call in which we guide you through a cleanse and an attunement. All Attunements are online, distance attunements.
In person healings may be contemplated depending on location. An extra fee will apply.
Informed consent: When buying services provided by EloHymn – Hymn.Connected you agree with our terms of service which are as followed: You consent to treatment for yourself or for a third party that has given consent, and understand that the services provided by EloHymn – Hymn.Connected enhance relaxation and increase communication within your body as well as enhancing general awareness and overall well-being through dowsing and other alternative tools and skills.
You understand that these services are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. You are aware that diagnosis is not given and medication is not prescribed. You agree to continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of your overall health care plan. You understand that EloHymn – Hymn.Connected only supply added support to already existing professional care.
You understand that participation is voluntary and that at all times you may choose to end your participation. You understand that you may experience ‘healing reactions’ such as healing crisis following the services provided.
You understand that any information exchanged during any session is educational in nature and is to be used at my own discretion. You also understand that any information imparted during these sessions is strictly confidential in nature and will not be shared with anyone without your written permission. You do, however, give the practitioner consent to use your case history and results without using your name. You understand that only EloHymn – Hymn.Connected has access to information in your file to enhance your healing.
You understand that by providing this informed consent you are assuming full responsibility for your services and you hold harmless both EloHymn – Hymn.Connected and the facility/location where the services are provided. EloHymn – Hymn.Connected will not be held liable for any choices made about health and well-being.
You agree to the terms and conditions set out by this consent form and certify that the above information is true and correct automatically by making a purchase of goods and/or services. You agree to pay for distance sessions, should you request them. All information regarding the metaphysical properties of the crystals, metals, etc., is for reference purposes only. It is based on research into how gemstones, metals, and similar materials are used by various cultures—both today and throughout history. We do not recommend using crystals, metals, etc., as a substitute for conventional medical or psychological treatments, nor do we claim that they cure medical conditions. Always follow your doctor's advice and use crystals only as a complementary therapy alongside medical treatment. Returns: You may only return unopened products within 14 days; return shipping is at your expense unless the product was damaged during transit. Products must be returned complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking; you are responsible for ensuring the shipment arrives. Handmade products (such as our unique pendulums or jewelry) must show no signs of use. Small, natural imperfections are part of their handmade nature and do not qualify as damage. Due to legal exceptions and the nature of our product range, the following items cannot be returned: sealed products—such as oils, ritual waters, sprays, and incense—where the seal or packaging has been broken after delivery cannot be accepted back for hygiene reasons. Please contact us if the product is damaged during shipping; we will initiate the claims process. Opened or used products are non-refundable. Once we have received the return in good condition and in accordance with the terms, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the payment method used for the original purchase.
